(1) Lock hole, driver groove and pulley groove are milled on the form milling machine.
(2) Scientific operating rules are worked out and implemented strictly in accordance with the equipment¡¯s user manual.
2, Attentions
Tools are changed and feed amount adjusted in accordance with the driver¡¯s size during actual machining in order to machine grooves and holes. For example, use ¦µ12 milling tool for the middle hole and ¦µ10 for bores at two sides when milling a hole for driver¡¯s handle. Don¡¯t interchange the tools. After milling, the bore should be at correct position, smooth at its perimeter, free from burrs and convenient for installation of the driver.
