I, Profile and accessory inspection,
Inspection in accordance the requirements in Profile Standard GB8814 on profile¡¯s appearance, color and luminosity, section¡¯s dimensional precision, shape and position allowance and physical and mechanical performances. The incoming outsourced accessories for UPVC windows and doors, including steel reinforcement, sealing strip, fastener, hardware accessory and glass, are inspected in accordance with applicable standards to ensure that the materials used for windows and doors meet with the requirements.

II, Process and finished products inspection
Quality inspection of UPVC windows and doors during assembly and production includes two parts:
process and finished products inspection. The process inspection is a control on critical processes, such as profile preparation, welding, hardware assembly and glass assembly. The quality of critical processes relates directly with the performances of finished windows. The first piece is inspected, followed by prorate random inspection. Check carefully the dimension and angle in profile preparation, V notch position, dimension and angle, welding parameter, strength, after-welding dimension in the welding process, hardware quantity, position and performance in hardware assembly process, filling of glass blocks and bead gap during glass assembly process. The specific requirements have been explained thoroughly in previous chapters.

The finished products are inspected after the windows are doors are assembled. The trade standard regulates that each batch of windows and doors are randomly inspected for each type and model. At least three sets are randomly inspected. The windows and doors are inspected for 14 items before leaving the plant, i.e. (1) welding strength, (2) assembly of steel reinforcement, (3) hardware installation, (4) locker or handle opening/closing force, (5) sash¡¯s opening/closing force, (6) exterior dimension allowance, (7) difference of frame and sash¡¯s two diagonals, (8) gap between two adjacent structural members in the frame and sash, (9) uniform levelness of adjacent structural members, (10) frame and sash gap, (11) frame and sash overlap, (12) sealing strip¡¯s assembly quality, (13) glazing bead¡¯s assembly quality, (14) window and door appearance quality.

III, Window and door mode inspection
Mode inspection on UPVC windows and doors includes five items in structural physical performance, 11 items in mechanical performance and 14 items in factory inspection. While, the trade standard has inspection standards on the mechanical property, The building physical property refers to wind pressure resistance, airtightness, watertightness, thermal performance and air sound insulation property.
